Instead of a traditional headcount, Lerply runs a virtual team of AI agents, each owning a distinct domain — so one founder moves at the speed of a full studio without sacrificing quality.
No studio. No publisher. No traditional team. One developer who ships anyway.
Then the org chart got rebuilt from scratch — finance, ops, design, code, art, marketing, QA. Each an AI agent. Each owning its domain.
